Beltwin's Participation in INTERNATIONAL MINING 2025 Exhibition in Mexico

From November 19 to 22, Beltwin’s Manager Mr. Picasso and Engineer Mr. George participated in the INTERNATIONAL MINING 2025 Exhibition in Mexico, presenting the company’s cutting-edge splicing and maintenance solutions to the Latin American market. With thorough preparation, they effectively demonstrated Beltwin’s technoloagical strengths and core product value, engaging deeply with local industry leaders and potential partners.

Prior to the exhibition, Mr. Picasso and Mr. George made thorough preparations. They carefully sorted out Beltwin's core products and technological advantages, designed an eye-catching booth layout, and prepared multilingual promotional materials tailored to the local market. Mr. Picasso, with his rich management experience and keen market insight, formulated a clear communication strategy: focusing on establishing in-depth cooperative relations with local well-known enterprises and exploring potential agent partners.

Mr. George, who is proficient in technical research and development and customer communication, was responsible for product demonstration and technical explanation, ensuring that every visitor could fully understand the value of Beltwin's products.

A highlight of the booth was the demonstration of the Rubber Conveyor Belt Portable Design Cutter, a versatile and efficient tool designed for on-site conveyor belt maintenance. Mr. George explained that this cutter is suitable for both rubber conveyor belts and steel cord ply belts, making it an ideal solution for the large-scale conveyor systems commonly used in Mexico’s industrial and mining sectors. He attentively addressed all technical inquiries—from operational details of the cutter to the application scope of Beltwin’s vulcanizers—providing precise explanations and even tailoring solution recommendations based on specific customer scenarios.

In addition, Mr. George presented the Second-Generation DSLQ-S Vulcanizer, an advanced vulcanizing press designed for high-quality splicing of both fabric ply (EP) and steel cord rubber conveyor belts. Offering selectable working pressures of 100 PSI and 200 PSI, the DSLQ-S provides reliable, consistent performance across all required splicing lengths. Its portable design allows for easy transportation to field sites, making it an ideal solution for on-site maintenance and repair operations in industries such as mining, quarrying, and bulk material handling

As the exhibition came to an end on November 22nd, Mr. Picasso and Mr. George achieved fruitful results. They successfully signed preliminary cooperation intentions with local enterprise and gained valuable first-hand information about the Mexican market.
