Second Generation DSLQ-S Vulcanizer | Vulcanizing Press for Rubber Conveyor Belt

Beltwin's new conveyor belt sectional vulcanizers DSLQ-S offer great heat vulcanized splicing for all fabric ply EP rubber belts, and steel cord rubber belts. The working pressure is 100PSI and 200 PSI. DSLQ-S vulcanizers can cover all splicing lengths and are portable to the field site. Providing a 12-month warranty for the whole machine and a 24-month warranty for the heating element and pressure bag. The whole machine is CE certificated. Widely used in Germany, the UK, France, Russia, the USA, Mexico, Indonesia, and many other countries.

Heating Platen Within Water Cooling System

• 53mm total thickness of Beltwin's heating platen, an insolating board covered by stainless steel(thickness 1.5-2mm). Max temperature is 200­°C, 20-30 mins can heat up to 145­°C, and the temperature difference of the whole surface is under +/-5­°C when dwell time.
• Quick integral water cooling incorporated in platen design, even if cooling via an electric pressure pump is workable. 10-15 mins fast cooling down from 145­°C to 75­°C.
• Different from other vulcanizers, Beltwin's newly designed cooling system ensures less residual water after long-term use. Easy to clean the 10% remaining water in the platen with compressed air after cooling.

Heating Element

• 5 layers durable ‘Silicone Element’ heating system (2 silicone layers, 2 glass fiber fabric layers, and heater.)
• Durable composite insulation makes it much safer.
• Completed sealed to prevent oxidation, and ensure a longer lifetime.
• The flexible heating element offers uniform heating of the whole heating platen.
• Adopting etching technology, under computer control, equalizing distribution of the heater and evenly spaced.
• 24-month warranty on the heating element.

Cross Beam (Traverse Bars)

• The beams are made of lightweight extruded aluminum.
• Standard beams use grade 7005 aluminum material, and beams for over 1200mm belt-width vulcanizer use grade 6082 aluminum material. Almex style E type cross beam is optional.
• Recessed high tensile steel nut/bolt assemblies, made of material 45# steel.
• Nuts and bolts within the beam are much safer.
• Beams with anodizing, compared with painting, can offer longer protection and looks much better.
• The completed section makes sure the beam structure will keep as original, much safer.
• Easy to assemble, no need to use a tension wrench.

Second Generation Pressure System

• Pressure bag made of durable fabric-reinforced rubber ensures uniform pressure across splice surface.  The rubber inner bag expansion rate is 600-700, about 200-300% higher than others. For example, one can extend one pc 200mm long rubber to 1000mm without damage. It will make sure the rubber will not have small holes after expansion, so it will not leak after a long time of use.
• The rubber material is 3 times higher cost than normal rubber.
• The pressure bag includes an inner bag, fabric, rubber layer, and outside protection layer. After production, the bag is tested to keep 260PSI / 18 bars pressure keep 2 hours, making sure it will not have any problem at 200PSI working pressure.
• 24-month warranty of Beltwin reinforced bag. One pressure bag can be used for 200-300 times jointing.

Auto Controller With Cables

• Include 2 temperature controllers, 1 pc timer, 2 pcs amperemeters, and 1 pc voltmeter.
• Dual Omron or SHIMADEN digital temperature control and indication.
• The same standard as Almex. It's easy to replace your old Almex control system, being more flexible and saving costs.
• Accurate temperature and read out; CE-approved electric components.

New Electric Connector  

Beltwin uses the European standard plugs & sockets, with CE marks. The pins are bigger sizes to avoid loose contact and burn the socket. The new type of connect system can reduce this risk by 70-80%. The original "HARTING" brand connector is optional.

Electric Pump For Pressure & Cooling

The pump can increase /release water pressure and pumping water for water cooling system.

Warranty Period: 

- All components of Beltwin Vulcanizer DSLQ-S are guaranteed for one year.
- The components silicone heating element and pressure bag are guaranteed for two years. (Start from1st September, 2021.)

- The warranty does not include pressure electric pump.

How to order?

When order, please supply below information, our engineer will make a solution for you.

2. Heating platen length (or pls supply belt manufacturer’s recommended splice length)
3. Steel cord belt or EP Belt model (for example EP800 / ST4500)

5. Pressure requirements (for EP belt standard is 100PSI and steel cord standard will be 200PSI)
