Heaing Platen with an insolating board convered by stainless steel. Max temperature is 200℃, 20-30 mins can heat up to 145℃, and the temperature difference of the whole surface is under +/- 5℃ when dewell time.

Quick integral water cooling incorporated in platen design, even if cooling via an electric pressure pump is workable. 10-15 mins fast cooling down from 145℃ to 75℃.

Our newly designed cooling system ensures less residual water after long-term use. Easy to clean to 10% remaining water in the platen with compressed air after cooling.
