Rubber Pressure Bag For SVP Rubber Belt Vulcanizer

Pressure bag made of durable fabric-reinforced rubber ensures uniform pressure across splice surface, operation pressure 100PSI (7 Bar) up to 200PSI (14 Bar).

• The rubber inner bag expansion rate is 600-700%, about 200-300% higer than others. For example, elongate by 200mm, the rubber will not be damaged, ensuring no small pores appear on the surface after stretching and contracting, and it will not leak air or water after extended use.
• After production, each bag we tested to hold 260PSI (18 Bars) for 2 hours to ensure durability under a working pressure of 200PSI.

Quick Coupling Nozzle:  Standard 1/4 inch, other sizes are also available, for example 1/2 inch.
