This air cooling splice press is designed for longitudinal jointing of PVC and PU conveyor belts. It enables fast splicing, with a jointing time of 10-20 minutes, and has no restrictions on belt width or length.
The market trend is increasing the width of the conveyor belts. A belt that 20 years back was considered as exceptionally wide, nowadays is frequently called as normal.
Following to this trend, Beltwin has updated its production lines: Air Cooled Splice Press Longitudinal Jointing Conveyor Belt.
Using a hot vulcanising process, it has the capability to longitudinally joint almost all PVC PU belts, this process ensures the longitudinal joint maintains its flexibility, strength and consistency. This is especially important for short belts and pattern belts like sawtooth.
