Customer Information 

The company was established in 2008 and has over a decade of experience in conveying and handling equipment. They design and manufacture an extensive assortment of conveyor systems to offer suitable coveyor belt, conveyors and enable automation for food, beverage, and logistics industries, and factories to minimize labor and time during production.

The customer first inquiry in 29th, May, 2021

We sent the cases to him about our total conveyor solution for Uzbekistan client and Algeria client. Also according to his situation and belt type like PVC, PU,rough top belt, belt for airport ect., that we made the unique solution for him.

It is worth mentioning that the customer’s is first import from China.   

During these time, we made a video call to visit our factory.    

Of cousre they also had other suppliers. But after to compare the price , quality and advantages like Machine capablity, fast delivery, after-sales technical support and many details information such as machine operation videos, good comments from client, explain what the service we can provide. In the end they made the decison to confirm the order on 19 th Augest 2021.

At the end of 2021, they got the machine successfully and with our assist to start to build their workshop..... On 14th November 2021,  the machine is already to ship. We arrang the shipment and approve the SABER certificate.
