Finger punching and splicing Sept :

 

1. Start punching : Cut the belt to measure length and punch finger , ready to splicingHere is our portable manual finger puncher: Light weight and portable design, a good choice for outdoor work use, no need electric power, air compressor, or bring hydraulic pump . Net weight of model 600 is only 27kgs. Easy to operating by one person. Both workable for Single finger and double finger. According to thickness of belt, we could change the pressure by adjusting the punch.

2. Put the belt on the machine flat and watch it carefully, to figure out which rollers will be go through. To save more trouble, please check that if the belt go though with all rollers before you start splicing, otherwise it may caused to off tracking or loose.

3. Start splicing : Fasten the belt by compression bar to reduce the gap of fingers.

4.Put the fingers aligned and no gap. It’s very important to put the Teflon smooth on the belt , it can make the belt flat after splicing. You need to change a new Teflon if any drape.

5. Please wipe up the belt , make sure splicing parts clear . The DELIXI belt have been used for more than 10 years, it took us some times to clear it.

6. Cover the upper part-- tight nut-- adjust the parameter according to different specification -- start the machine-- Waiting. The inside air fan will be start cooling automatically after finished splicing, the whole process only around 10 mins, very effective. (2mm thickness pvc belt, pressure 1 bar,temperature 180℃, heat preservation time 2 mins ).

7. As you can see, the surface is smooth and no any gap. Perfect splicing work and glue penetration totally, the tension can be 80% more than before.
