C. Suitable for automatic finger punching machine (diamond blade 15*80mm) for belt punching.

D. Before splicing, it's better to cover the top and bottom layers of the belt with PVC film, which can help the splicing of the belt have a better effect.

E. How to jont the PVK belt

1.) First, cover the heating plate with a layer of PVC film.

2.) Spread the PVC tape all over the heating plate (this is important)

3.) Stick another layer of PVC film.

4.) Put teflon

5.) Before connecting, remove the clamping arm.

6.) Set heating temperature: 195℃ holding time: 6 minutes

Cooling temperature: 65℃ Pressure: 1 bar

(After setting the pressure, be sure to return the interface to the display interface, otherwise the machine will not be able to display the pressure during operation.)
